Return & Refund Policy

Opened product cannot be returned unless it is defective. Because drug tests are diagnostic devices, we can't resell opened boxes or pouches.

Unopened product

Unopened boxes in original, resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior approval. Return shipping is paid by the customer and refunds are issued for the product value only.

Defective product

• Report the issue within 30 days of delivery through our contact form (choose "Defective product").
• Include your order number, SKU, lot number and photos of the device.
• Approved defective product is replaced or refunded, including shipping.

Damaged in transit

Note visible damage when you sign for the delivery and contact us within 5 days with photos so we can file a claim with UPS.

Not returnable

• Opened, used or partially used boxes (unless defective)
• Product past its expiration date due to storage at your facility
