Shipping Policy

Carrier & rates

All orders ship via UPS from our California warehouse. Shipping cost is calculated live at checkout based on the weight of your boxes and your delivery address. You choose the service — Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and more.

Processing time

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed, typically within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Contact us for freight or pallet quotes.

Box quantities

All products are sold in full boxes. Most tests come 25 per box; some come 10, 20, 40 or 50 per box as listed on each product.

Delivery problems

If your package is damaged or lost, contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with UPS to resolve it.
