Wholesale orders

Products are sold in full boxes only. Prices, stock levels and product details may change without notice. We may cancel any order affected by a pricing or stock error.

Intended use

Each product is labeled with its regulatory status (for example FDA CLIA Waived, FDA OTC, Forensic Use Only, For Employment and Insurance Use Only, or For Harm Reduction Use). The buyer is responsible for using products only as labeled and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Preliminary results

Rapid tests provide preliminary results only. Non-negative results should be confirmed with a more specific laboratory method such as GC/MS or LC/MS.

Payment

Orders ship after payment is received in full.

Returns

See our Return Policy. Opened product is not returnable unless defective.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any product is limited to the purchase price of that product.
